All Bookings for the 2025 WM Phoenix Open are NON-REFUDABLE regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rate Estimates
The total expense for service is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final billing will vary should actual usage not correspond with estimated usage and can not be accurately determined until each trip is complete. Additional charges such as extra stops, wait time, tolls, parking fees, extended and/or extending duration of your charter that can not be calculated prior to service may show on your invoice where applicable.
No-Show / Travel Abandonment Policy
The chauffeur and dispatch office will make every attempt to contact passenger and/or booker via phone call and text to the phone number(s) that were provided at the time the reservation was made, After the 15 minute grace period has passed and still no contact with either passenger or booker the chauffeur will leave the designated pickup area. This policy applies to all trip types these charges are as follows.
Sedans/SUVs: 100% of the Total Trip Fare including taxes and fees less any gratuity(s)
Executive Vans/Limousines: 100% of the Total Trip Fare including taxes and fees less any gratuity(s)
Mini & Motor Coaches: 100% of the Total Trip Fare including taxes and fees less any gratuity(s)
Cancellations and Changes
To change or cancel a reservation please call (623) 850-4646. Cancellations and changes must be received in advance of the service pick-up time. Advance notice varies by service area and vehicle type per follows:
Point-to-Point Transfers & Airport Arrivals/Departures
Sedans/SUVs: If canceled 24 hours before the reservation date will be subject to a 20% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 24 hours before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Vans/Limousines: If canceled 72 hours before the reservation date will be subject to a 20% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 72 hours before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Mini & Motor Coaches: If canceled 72 hours before the reservation date will be subject to a 20% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 72 hours before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Special Events / Concerts
Sedans/SUVs: If canceled 7 days before the reservation date will be subject to a 50% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 7 days before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Vans/Limousines: If canceled 14 days before the reservation date will be subject to a 50% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 14 days before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Mini & Motor Coaches: If canceled 14 days before the reservation date will be subject to a 50% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 14 days before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Hourly/As Directed (Charters)
Sedans/SUVs: If canceled 24 hours before the reservation date will be subject to a 20% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 24 hours before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Vans/Limousines: If canceled 72 hours before the reservation date will be subject to a 20% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 72 hours before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Mini & Motor Coaches: If canceled 72 hours before the reservation date will be subject to a 20% cancellation Fee / If canceled less than 72 hours before the reservation date is 100% Non-Refundable.
Cancellations and changes made within the vehicles respective cancellation window will be billed for the total estimated usage at the time of booking.
Stops
Each stop between the pickup and drop off location will be billed $15.00 and include up to 15 minutes of wait time. All wait time after the grace period will be billed $1.50 / minute.
Point-to-Point / Airport Arrivals & Departures Wait-Time Charges
For Incoming flights, the following included grace periods apply:
Domestic Flights: 30 minutes after gate arrival
International Flights: 60 minutes after gate arrival
After the grace period you will be charged $1.50 per minute until passenger is in vehicle.
All other Point-to-Point trips are given a 15 minute grace period after reservation start time, after which you will be billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested.
Finding Your Chauffeur
In the event you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the telephone number listed above. Leaving your pick-up location without notifying Our Private Driver at (623) 850-4646 may result in a “no-show” charge of the estimated usage for each vehicle.
Cleaning Fees
A minimum of $500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for cleaning caused due to Smoking, Hazardous Materials, Body Fluids, Excessive Animal Hair or other occurrences of excessive uncleanliness where cleaning is required.
Damages
Any damages caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during usages of services will be assessed and repair fees may be applied.
Retrieval of lost items
In the event of personal belongings being left behind in our vehicle, Our Private Driver and its affiliates reserves the right to pass on the fees to send such items to the identified owner(s) or require owner(s)’ shipping account numbers to be used.
Liability
Client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions may delay travel. There may be unexpected vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of company, for which company shall not be liable to client. There shall be no recourse/compensation for any of the same. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent &/or client refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, refund shall be limited to the amount paid by client. In case of an emergency, the company may sub contract his rental to another limousine service. The company is not responsible to fulfill itineraries developed by the client, which indicate a time that the client expects to arrive at certain locations after the initial pick up time.
